外國人來華需要注意哪些

外國人來華工作許可是中國政府對外國人申請到中國工作實行統一準入標準和審批監管的全新制度，是對原有制度的改革和完善。改革重點實現五個統一：

統一管理職能，實行權責一致。外國人來華工作由原申辦外國專家證、外國人就業證改為統一申辦《外國人工作許可證》，我省統一由市(州)外專部門進行辦理。

統一評價標準，實行分類管理。制定了《外國人來華工作分類標準(試行)》，綜合運用計點積分制等政策工具，來華工作外國人員分為高端人才(A類)、專業人才(B類)以及其他人員(C類)。設計了積分要素計分賦值表，達到85分認定為A類，60分以上為B類，60分以下為C類。

統一申請條件，規范精簡材料。簡化歸并申請材料，實現信息互聯互享，提交材料的數量壓縮了近一半。
